Command Elite Hobbies – Pre-Order Policy

Definition of Pre-Order

A Pre-Order is an item that has not yet arrived in our warehouse or is still in production. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item in advance.

Please note:

  • Supply quantities are strictly controlled by the manufacturer/supplier.
  • Quantities and allocations may change at any time without notice.
  • In the event your pre-order cannot be fulfilled (in part or in full), you will receive a full refund for the unavailable portion.

Deposits & Payment Terms

  • Pre-Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Deposits, whether partial or full, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    Change of mind

    Customer error during purchase

    Delays outside of our control (e.g., manufacturer delays, shipping delays, customs holds).

  • A full refund will only be issued if the item becomes unavailable or is cancelled by the manufacturer or Command Elite Hobbies.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

  • All pre-orders are final. Cancellations are only permitted at our discretion.
  • If we approve a cancellation due to change of mind, up to 100% of the total order value may be withheld as a cancellation fee.
  • No cancellation fees apply if the cancellation is initiated by Command Elite Hobbies (e.g., supplier cancels the order).
  • 3-Day Grace Period: Customers may cancel their pre-order within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not already shipped or been processed for dispatch. Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Release Dates & Delays

  • All release dates provided are estimates only and subject to change.
  • Dates are set by suppliers/manufacturers and are beyond our control.
  • Our warehouse release date may differ from the manufacturer’s advertised date due to shipping and customs clearance.
  • By placing a pre-order, you accept that delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund (outside the 3-day grace period).

Price Changes

  • If the retail price increases upon arrival, your pre-order is price-protected. You will not be charged more.

  • Customers who did not pre-order will be subject to the updated retail price.
  • If the retail price decreases upon arrival, pre-order customers are not entitled to partial refunds.

Product Description Disclaimer

  • Product descriptions and images provided at the time of pre-order are supplied by the manufacturer.
  • Final products may differ slightly in packaging, features, or appearance.
  • Command Elite Hobbies guarantees that products will be at least 95% consistent with the advertised description.

Fee Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Any chargeback or dispute lodged with a credit card company relating to:

    Non-refundable deposits,

    Cancellation fees, or

    Customs/duties back-charges
    will be strongly contested with a full copy of these Terms & Conditions provided as evidence.

Compliance With Laws

  • Command Elite Hobbies is a toy store and is not a firearms dealer. We have no means to check licences or facilitate compliance checks for restricted items.
  • Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Command Elite Hobbies is not responsible for:

    Delays caused by suppliers, shipping, or customs,

    Items seized or delayed by customs or local authorities,

    Misuse or modification of products after purchase.

    Our liability is limited to the value of the order only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

  • All Pre-Orders are final and non-refundable once placed. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any payment (full or deposit) made has already been committed to the manufacturer/supplier to secure your item.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or change of mind under any circumstances beyond the 3-day grace period.
  • If Command Elite Hobbies or the supplier/manufacturer cancels the item or is unable to supply it, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable portion of your order.
  • 3-Day Grace Period: Customers may cancel their pre-order within 3 days of purchase if they change their mind or disagree with these terms. A full refund will be processed within 2–5 business days provided the item has not already been processed for dispatch.
  • After this grace period, the order is legally binding, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
